How to multiply all numbers in a column by 10% and round to 2 decimals in excel

Have 2 columns, 1 figure1 and figure2.

Have the number ready in column figure 1.

Move to column 2(figure2) and place the following formula: =ROUND(A1*1.10, 2) 

And then drag it down all the way.

This would be ideal for an Australian who has a spreadsheet with EXCLUDING GST prices and wants to devise a formula to work out the prices INCLUDING GST. (GST in Australia is @ 10%)
