PRODUCT UPDATES ARE DELAYED OR NOT OCCURRING - SEE THIS ARTICLE

Product updates not occuring? 

Delay in product updates?

First thing to check if you have any errors in your VortexHQ.com account, you will see this on your dash board if you have.

Secondly, its best to check if your Vend webhooks are working correct, by visiting the following URL:

https://YOURVEND.vendhq.com/setup/api 

Once you are there you will see something like this:

  • Ensure your product.update and inventory.update webhook links are pointed to the correct URL which is: https://secure.vortexhq.com/webhook/vend
  • If the link is correct, click on the VIEW link for product update and inventory update. You will then see the following screen, which may indicate that there are some webhooks pending, which means that Vend has yet to process these.

Please bare with it, it may be a slight delay on Vend's end processing these webhooks. If though they are pending for some time over 2 hours, please immediately report to support@digicloud.com.au so we can help address the issue and escalate to Vend's support team.
