We have a quick work around if you do not want to use the Magento to Vend sales sync.

Basically you would create a product SKU in Magento that would not exist in Vend.

You would then perform a fake sale in your Magnento store ordering that product SKU.

This will then stop the sales sync from Magento to Vend moving forward.

Please note: If you then want to start using the sales sync, then create that product SKU in Vend and your sales sync feature will be re-activated.
