"Important announcement about your online store

We’re writing to alert you to changes we’re making next year, so you can start planning and take action today.

On February 1, 2015, we are shutting down the Magento Go platform. This means you will need to transition to another eCommerce solution prior to that date. Please note your store will not be affected during the Holiday shopping season – it will continue to operate and perform normally, and Magento will continue to provide customer support until February 1, 2015.

This was not an easy decision and we understand it may not be welcome news. Yet we remain committed to your success and have developed useful guides and also options to make the transition easier:

The Migration Center is your primary source for information where you’ll find a downloadable Migration Guide containing useful checklists, content and links for migrating your store. You can log into the Migration Center today with your Magento account credentials.

You’ll also find information and contact details in the Migration Center for online store options that offer improved performance, and more features and functionality than Go. These options will make it possible for you to meet the needs of your customers today and tomorrow.

Please act now and begin planning your transition. You can also contact Customer Support if you have questions or concerns during the migration process of your store.

Sincerely,
The Magento Go Team"
